AureWave is entirely self-hosted — it runs on your infrastructure, behind your firewall, under your control. Your crew records, financial data, contracts, incident reports, safety management documents, and day-to-day operations never leave your servers.
Our License Server only stores what is needed to manage your subscription and licensing: your company name, company registration number, country, and basic vessel identifiers such as IMO number, vessel name, vessel type, and flag state — all of which are publicly available through international maritime registries.
Beyond licensing, AureWave works with publicly available maritime data only — IMO vessel registries, MMSI records from AIS broadcasts, port databases (UN/LOCODE), flag state registries, and published regulatory frameworks. No personal crew information, no private financial records, and no operational data is ever transmitted externally.
